Refund Policy

1. Digital Products — All Sales Final

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, they cannot be "returned". For this reason, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind.

2. When We Do Refund

We will provide a full refund or a fixed replacement if:

The file you received is corrupted or cannot be opened;
The product does not match its description on the product page;
You were accidentally charged more than once.

Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

3. How to Request

Email yangcq710@outlook.com with your order ID and a short description of the issue (screenshots help). We reply within 24 hours.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
